Who it targets:
Newcomers,
operators who are already working but want to distinguish themselves and embark
on a career as a barista at a professional level
Course venue: Borgo Ticino Via
Sacco e Vanzetti n°11, SI.MO Academy inside the
Roasting House.
Course objective:
Knowledge of coffee from its origins, with a particular focus on the use of
equipment to extract a "perfect" espresso, learning milk frothing
techniques to make excellent cappuccinos.
